what's safe to put on

I have a 1995 accord ex (stock) it currnetly has 15' wheels and i would like to move up to 17' would i have to change any thing suspension wise or any thing for that matter except for tires and calibration

They fit fine. Just dont buy monster truck tires and youll be ok
