I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord LX, which came with 17" custom wheels. I would like to put stock honda wheels back on the car. The car originally came with 15" steel wheels, but I believe the EX model in this year came with 16"x6.5 wheels stock.

I found some used Honda wheels that are 16"x6.5 and they are from a newer honda, but I am not sure how new. Should the 16x6.5 stock honda wheel work on my 03 accord even if the wheel is from a slightly newer accord?

Yes, that will fit fine. I have an 03 LX that I use my 15" during winter and 2008 ex alloys that are17x7.5's for summer.
