Widest tire to fit an accord?

What is the widest tire that will fit a 96 accord lx without using a spacer or anything? I have some 225/50/16's,will they fit?

my 225/40/18 rub alot in the front but the car is dropped 3 inches

I'm gonna go aftermarket.Stock I have 15" hubcaps. My 16" rims from my camry won't fit onto the accord,cause the rims are universal 5 lug,I was just curious about what is the widest tire that would fit on it,cause hondas have a different suspension in the back,an arm looking thing
