Will the 2005 Scion TC rims ft on my car?

The specs of the TC rims are
-5x100
-45 offset
-17"x7
-Lug Nut Size 12x1.5

If you are putting them on a Honda, no. The 5 lug Honda is 5x114.3, not 5x100.

Honda 5 lug is definitely 5 X 114.3.
