Windshield Wiper Problem
I drive a 1995 Honda accord. The other day when it was sleeting my windshield wipers stopped working. It is not the motor or switch because I can turn the switch and hear the motor but the wipers don't move. Any suggestions on what be wrong? And I've already checked the fuse it's fine.

I just got my wiper transmission replaced and the bushing were completely worn out. Still working but there are a lot of loose
I bought my wiper transmission on Ebay for 50$ and so far no problem.
My Honda dealer have them for 200 $.

A common failure is broken ball joint on one of the linkage rods. #11 and #12 in the attached pic. Not a bad job but take pictures of the linkage before you take it apart. It's not so obvious how it goes together after disassembly. The parts aren't too expensive so replacing both rods may make sense.
