Default Recommendations on OBD-I/OBD-II Scan Tool

Does anybody know any good OBD-I/OBD-II Scan Tool?
Actron, Auto Xray, Equus...
A lot of ppl recommended either Actron CP9190 or Equus 3140, however none of them comes with Nissan DLC (Data Link Connector) for OBD-I.

Please share your experience.
Thanks

The Snap-On Modis has worked great for me as well as the OTC Genisys

I wouldn't waste your money on one... parts stores scan codes for free and you wouldn't be able to interpret the live data (if it can read it)
