Does anyone know of a place where u can like plug in ur car and put the rims on it that u like, and maybe see what it looks like lowerd, and like tinting and what not???? If so could u post the link. Thanx!

www.tirerack.com will let you put custom wheels on it and see how it looks with some lowering. Don't think it will do anything for tint though...
