change guage color, but how to remove the upper dash?

well the climate control gauges on my 95 glow green at night. id like them to glo blue. so i plan on removing the upper dash and change the color myself. now b4 i go prying at the dash with a screwdriver , can someone gimme a heads up on the proper way to remove it?

Have you checked the manuals? the "DIY" forum has a sticky post linking to the Honda service manuals for your car. Maybe you could find some info there...
