gas guage and temp guage doesnt work? F22 VTEC swap

i have 94 accord dx...recently swap the f22 non vtec for the f22 vtec. my gas guage stays on e and the temp guage never moves any suggestions?

i know this is an electrical issue but you may get more help asking in the section dedicated to engine work. it seems this may have caused the problem and the guys there may have come into contact with this before.
