my fogs lights say 12v 55w h3 bulbs wat would happen if i put a 12v 100w h3 bulb in them ?

also i have the clear stanley fogs for a cd5 i want to make them jdm yellow (like a deep yellow)wat would give me that look ....yellow h3 bulbs ????.......the yellow tint overlay film??? .....or any other ideas

 

Foglamp housings are small-ish to begin with. By doubling the wattage I suspect you'll have over-heating problems.
