Default Power Slot Cyro Rotors

Forgive me if I posted this in the wrong forum.

I just got my Power Slot Cryo Rotors and I have a problem.

Left Rotor: Bright silver, smooth finish, has manufacturing rings evenly spaced out.
Right Rotor:Bright silver but about 3 shades darker than the left, slightly pitted, no manufacturing rings, looks like rotors have been used on them.

Any input ????

Did you buy them straight from the factory? Perhaps they just forgot to finish grind the right side? Have you checked to see if it's thicker than the left side? If they seem to be the same thickness I'd call the company and report it right away

Got them from autoanything.com, they seem to have a good reputation. I have to send pics to the factory for them to come to a conclusion. Its not a subtle difference and its really annoying me considering the price I payed. Non-refundable also.

is there a difference in thickness that would indicate either being used or not being finish ground from the factory? See if autoanything.com will just do an exchange with you.

So I sent them 13 pictures. What I was told that the color, finish, circular lines differentiations wheredue to different production batches, oxidation during shipping, machining processes, the rotors where indeed brand new. But I still returned the bad rotor for an exchange. I should get the new one next week.

Updates to follow
