Default Question about ECON button

When I test drove my 2016 EX, I recall the ECON button to the left of the steering wheel glowed green (the button, not just the indicator in the display above the steering wheel). When I took delivery later the same day, the ECON button did not glow green and has not since. It is backlit with white lettering on the button when the lights are on at night. Am I just imagining that the button glowed green before? Anyone else experienced this?

I purchased (new) a 2015 Accord, which also has the Econ button... I've never (including the test drive) noticed that the button 'glows'

Hope this helps

I hope it was the way the sun was hitting it rather than I am going nuts! Thanks for your comment.

You can turn the econ on and off by pushing the button and/or the vehicle settings in the display

Thank you for your comments. I checked the settings. The only settings refer to the displayed lights for ECON performance. I have concluded that the button itself was never actually lighted. It was probably just bright sunlight on the button that made it glow lime green.

Had a new loaner Accord this past weekend while the wifes was being worked on. The car had a button you speak of, it didn't "glow."
