I have not really used this setting very much since owning my new Accord.

Has anyone had experience with this and does it help?

I just got my 2013 EX-L with NAVI and the CVT tranny. I have used the Econ Mode almost continuously since I got it. I am getting around 34.5 MPG. It is nothing even close to fast; especially when the transmission is in drive. When I want to get into the throttle, I kick it down to "S" and the Econ button is irrelevant! I did notice that with the button off, the instant mileage readout definitely drops. Maybe it is a mind game but I cannot help but love my MPG. I have gotten as much as 37 MPG with it! That is just one of the many things I love about my new baby.

Thanks for your input. I think I'll leave it on for a while and see if there's a difference for me. I have the Accord EX-L and am getting around 25mpg for overall driving.

Do you have the little green bars on both sides of the speedometer? The ones that turn white when you get on the throttle? I found that if I try and keep those green, the mileage goes crazy high. I feel like a little old lady driver sometimes but not when it comes time to filling up!

On my car the "Econ" button is on the left side, on the bottom of the dashboard, when I depress it a green arrow appears to the left of the spedometer. My car does not have Navigation
