So I recently got myself this nice little 2004 Honda Accord. It has been doing this odd think with the radio that I cannot make heads or tails of.
The radio goes dead but the back light will still be completely on. So in the middle of driving and listening to music, my radio will just shut off.
The display doesn't show anything. Just an empty screen with the back light. I got my battery switched out and it didn't help I'm still having issues with it.

If someone has a solution or anything please let me know!!!!

 

Sadly, this is common with those Panasonic units and it is not fixable (without electronics repair experience). there are a few options to replace them with aftermarket - a kit for the dash or a kit for the lower pocket.
