Hey all I have a quick question. I have a 08 Honda Accord and I was wondering if I could swap my stock standard radio for the stock premium radio and larger screen?

 

You should be able to upgrade to a nicer aftermarket radio, not a stock radio, and enjoy modern features and conveniences. Crutchfield will include the kits/parts/wiring/adapters/etc. at a huge discount if you buy a radio from them, it should be a pretty easy swap. You'll need to input your factory A/C control options as well. Definitely go for a double din radio and enjoy the latest tech.
