Default 2003 Accord LX CD format,

I have a 2003 Accord LX with the 6 CD changer w/o Nav. I am just trying to burn a CD's to play in it. I cant afford to go out and buy the iPod cable to go to the radio so I am trying to get this to work. The radio can play any CD's I buy from the store. But any one I burn they don't work. I have tried burning them on my Mac in iTunes as a audio CD and a MP3 CD and on a Windows PC in .WAV format. All of these CD's when I put them in the CD player it loads and then just says eject on it. I have a few store bought CDs that play fine. Is there a format I should be using when I burn them so that it will play in the car.

first, you need to burn audio CD's and not data CD's. it doesn't matter what format you start with, but the audio CD format will be CDMA. the player won't read .mp3 or .wav.

either iTunes or Media Player can burn Audio CD's.

burn to CD-R not CD+R or CD-RW
