ok, so i have a 2000 ex-v6 accord coupe. it comes with a am/fm/single disc player. i was considering buying a 6 disc player which comes on the 2001 2002 accords. my question is, would i be able to make the swap? i also have the steering mounted audio controls... would those work as well? i have seen pictures of the back of the players sometimes the connectors seem different. if you can help, i would appriciate it.

Well, I'm definitley new at this, so bear with me. I have an '02 LX with the original single CD slot radio. When it died, I replaced it with a used factory 6 disc changer. Un-bolt, un-plug, then reverse the procedure. Oh yeah, be sure to get the code!!!
One day with more $$$, will upgrade to aftermarket. In the meanwhile, the swap seemed almost too easy. Hope this helps...
