Default Aux Input Cable for MP3 Player - 2000 Accord

I'v been trying to find out if its possible to modify a stock stereo (2000 Accord) and add an aux Input Cable for an MP3 Player (not just for ipod). Is is possible to use the input for the external cd changer?? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You go to radioshack and buy one of those cables that have a tape at one end pop it in ur stocked stereo and the other end has the plug to plug it into a cd player or a ipod, mp3 w.e u want.
