tobybul, Id have to remember where I bought them. It was from a company that specializes in "sets" of lights. Im pretty sure I got the link here on this forum. Anyway, he sells them per application. So I bought the dash light kit which came with, I believe, 4 or 6 lights (the main lights), then an odometer light which was separate.

np ive been searching the net like crazy for lighting diagrams to change bulbs in my car... what button is next to the moonroof button on your car? on mine its the cruise control, then a blank because there's no other buttons...

Ive got cruise/moonroof/and was told the other is TCS. Changing the bulbs is easy, its getting them all to work right is the issues...

all LED's have polarity. you cannot change the electrical properties of the anode or cathode.

in order to eliminate polarity, you would need a circuit to drive the LED, so a small circuit board or external LED driver would be required... or maybe just a few diodes in a diode bridge configuration. some SMD diodes would look like small black squares, and there would be four of them.
