like I said I think it is the radio fuse. it could be a short on the board. it depends on how they are wired. if they are wired in a series and one bulb goes out then every bulb after that bulb goes out.

 

I took out my radio put another one in,and all my lights around heater controls didnt work.wether that helps or not

 

So I know this is a coupe years later but there is no dimmer switch. The buttons for the radio controls go black when the lights are off and they light back up when you turn the lights on. No fuse problem. Just an ungodly bright radio display amd no button lights.
