Whats up everyone! Im a new member to this forum. I have been trolling around but today finally made my account I have an 07 accord SE V6 with the 6 disc cd changer and 6 speakers. I have been trying to find a double din that will work in my car but it seems almost impossible to find one. My question is is there a double din out there for 07 accords? or am i just going to have to wait till the companies that make them come out with one. I know about Scosche, but i know there are other companies out there that make kits for cars. if anyone can recommend another company to check into or to get me in the right direction to find a double din for my car.

the other companies that i use that make kits are metra, and ai. but from my experience new accords arent the only vehicles that wont accomodate a double din, but that has never stopped me before. a good pro can make a kit to make it work if your willing to dish out some cash to have it done.but to do this he (or she) may have to cut some of your dash away.

ive seen some people cutting up their stock radios and molding the new double din radio in of course youre gonna need some skill to do it your gonna have to know how to mold with bondo and solder new wires to relocate your control board for the climate control

 

search the forum. there was a link a while back that showed some guy doing the custom fab.
