I've been searching everywhere online for a double din dash kit for my 05 accord coupe but i just cant seem to find anything. i see it for other hondas but not for the accord. the only one i found for the accord was for a single din which isnt what im looking for. If somewhere out there knows where i can get one or have any information that is vital for me to have a 7inch touchscreen in my car, please let me know asap thanks

 

There isn't one, you would have to custom mold it into the stock radio. It has been done but requires a lot of bondo work, and know how. I have a flip out with the single DIN kit, and am extremely satisfied.

 

I have seen photos ofa double din mounted in the cubby beneath the stock location. The accompanying article said it fit with very little modification.

 

I have put a 7" toochscreen for a Carputer in the factory pocket location. You can put one in the top part with lots of bondo., But the other problem is the circuit board in the single din kit is very close where you have to cut out for the double din.

 

I think this one replaces your cubby. With some modification, this would give you a good foundation... maybe?
