Factory remote starter?

Default 2004 honda accord - remote starter drains battery
I added an after market remote starter to a 2004 honda accord, installed a new battery and after a month in the cold the battery is dead. is this normal for a honda. my chevy suburban does not have this issue ?

not normal and shouldn't be the alarm but they do draw a small bit of current when sitting. most likely the temp and battery (regardless of age, wet cell batteries don't like cold)
