I got what I needed from another forum. I got my bass in, and my 15s hit really hard in that little trunk.

if your wiring a sub, you shouldent really technically need both rear speakers, one will suffice.

I know but I am eventually going to hook an amp up for all 4 speakers, so I needed to do it eventually anyways.

Ok, so I did everything that was mention in this post:
-Got an RCA Line Output converter to convert the speaker signal to RCA
-Wired the remote turn on to the fuse box (i beleive its to the radio fuse)

BUT....I was getting some crazy noise after I was done. It started with after the ignition was off, and the key was out...I opened the driver side door and began to hear a light hum..then i popped the truck and then it went even louder and louder. This problem does not happen on the passenger side...im thinking it might be because I used to fuse box? If anyone could shed some light on the situation please help!! Thankz

I hooked up the remote on to the cigg lighter in the dash, which is ACC1 which is what the radio is hooked up too. If the ignition is on then the amp will be on. If the amp is on and it isn't getting any signal from the radio, b.c its off, the amp will produce a humm.

Nice, I will have to try that! The cig lighter you are talking about is under the cubby holder right, beside the coin tray right? Do I have to ground the wire coming from the cig lighter or can I just use the one wire and run it straight to the amp?

Yo, I just read your post about that loud thumping noise when you change CD's and what not. Did you ever figure that out?

Yeah what I did is right when ejects I switched to the radio, so now when ever I eject it will switch to the radio. You only need 1 wire from the cig lighter, you just need the positive not the ground.
