Those converter boxes for the audio work ok actually. I had one for a few years. It feels really Janky but it does work. you just solder wires to your rear speakers and hook em up to the converter. I actually for quick install put little alligator clips on the ends of my wires and just clipped them on my rear speaker terminals and it worked great.
