i know i read some of the listings below i'm curious if any one has gotten the connector installed and if its awesome or what and where they ran the cord thru.

I've got the factory. My mistake, nothing but problems. The idea of it and integration is nice adapting the steering wheel, otherwise, disappointed. I heard the aftermarket getting better reviews.

Yea i have my ipod connected to my alphine unit and it sounds great.
