Just swapped 6 disc changer, black and white instead of blue lighting?

I just replaced the single disc unit in my g/f's 2005 Accord LX sedan with a 2003 six disc changer from an Accord Sedan. The backlighting on the unit is black and white instead of the white/blue the original had. Is this normal? The salvage yard insists it came from a sedan.

Outside of this everything works well and it was an easy swap even at 11pm last night with only a flashlight

the 03 6 disc is black and white. it is supposed to be like that. the 03's had a lot of problems with their headunits. be prepared to replace it again.
