Default New Install

I just installed a Kenwood KDC-X890, Infinity Kappa 50.7cs Components in the front and Infinity Kappa 692.7i for my rear speakers and here are some images. While installing though I scratched my door it took a tumble or 2 with the wind while installing. Any tips on repairing scratches in plastic and vinyl myself?
