Default Replacement Stereo 2001

I own a 2001 Accord, and I got ahold of a standard (universal) stereo from a 2005 Ford that is aftermarket. I found a universal to Honda attachment to go between the Honda wiring set up and the universal radio at Walmart, but the problem is I don't know if it has the wiring to attach to the steering controls so they work with the radio. Does anyone know if that package at Walmart attaches to the steering controls?

The PAC SWI-X can work if the aftermarket head unit is capable of steering wheel controls. it's a feature that has to be built-into the head unit. JVC, Alpine, Pioneer, Clarion, Sony typically build this into medium-high end models.
