How hot is your amp getting? What kind of load are you presenting to the amp?

Same thing happened to me for a long time. I got a new fuse holder and fuse, and it completely solved my problem.

I'm telling you, try a new fuse holder under the hood. It costs 15 bucks with a fuse, and it could solve your problems.

briggz...
i have a memphis fuse box with the 200A fuse..
your telling me to get a new box or upgrade the fuse to something bigger?

i was told to have another fuse in the trunk before the amp too? should i do that? One fuse after the battery and another before the amp?
