Recently upgraded my iPod firmware to 1.2, and the iPod and musiclink went nuts.....first of...it would skip when I would turn the radio on and off...secondly, the ipod would continue to play even after I turned it off....

JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DONT UPGRADE YET.

 

Hi Members..have any of you besides this member had this problem with your systems?

If yes please let us know..or was this just an occurrence that this member Mactech happen to get.

I had an issue the ipod adapter in my M3. It would communicate with the head unit, but no sound came through. Since I upgraded the firmware on my Nano to 1.3, the issue has gone away.

I just ordered the ipod link for my accord. I will let you know if i have any issues with it. thanks.

 

it would be interesting to know what firmware he is currently running and what type of IPOD (standard, nano, etc)

 

agreed. I dont think ipod products always play as nice as advertised.
