I recently bought an 1997 Honda Accord with a Motegi Racing kit, but the clips are apparently getting worn out because the kit is starting to fall down off the car slowly. About how much would you think it would cost to just get new clips on the kit?

What kit are you talking about? I am assuming a bodykit, and am 99.5% sure Motegi does not make body kits.
