water blade
#2
I have the original California Water Blade (which was 12 inches long) and use it all the time. They don't make that exact one anymore; but, call it something else and is slightly different.
Just get the largest blade made, as I bought a smaller one for a family member and the smaller one didn't help much.
I use the California Water Blade first to get off most of the water, then finish up with the Absorber (though a chamois or towels will work too).

With the California Dry Blade, water spots will no longer taint the finish of your car. With one simple swipe, your car is dry and ready for sunnier

If you get one, use gentle short sweeps and where there is plenty of water to help it glide. They can still scratch if you're not careful. People sometimes do report that if something is on the surface, it will scratch the paint.
I've been using one for a long time; so, for me, it's a great time saver.

It looks like there are even larger water blades, Amazon shows a California Water Blade 14" for $22.99.
In your link, it says it is a dry water blade. I am not sure what is the difference between a "dry water blade" vs just water blade other than size.

Based on using the one I have and a smaller one before, I would say larger is better as it makes the job a whole lot faster. Since mines isn't as flexible as the new ones, I just use the absorber for the rest. The water blade cuts my drying time a lot.
I use to enjoy washing my car when I was a lot younger. Now, it's more of a chore; so, the water blade helps me even more now.

Yeah the water blade in the link will work. I have two one with a firm plastic handle and the other is like the one in the link. The link one works better. I have never scratches my car with it but make sure the car is clean and a usually rinse the waterblade right before I use it. Once I finish with the water blade I go over the car with a microfiber towel.
