Default 1988 Accord swap

Alright. Well i'm new to the whole honda/FWD scene. but i just got an accord and to be honest it's light quick and great on gas, only problems im getting decimated by cavaliers... so i'm thinking of doing an engine/tranny swap, i'm looking for the biggest engine for the model and matching tranny. it's currently auto and im looking for a 5-speed, somone told me a ls integra would fit but there shady and you can't trust em to blink when ya ask em to. My specs are as follows to what i can remember/know
Non-Vtec Carb'd 2.2 engine
4speed auto tranny
4-door modle( if that has anything to do with it)
and im also gonna need new shocks/springs for the new engine weight and some ideas on what there gonna cost

Thanks in advance

The most popular swap is the H22 (prelude engine) swap. However, I have never heard of one on an '88 Model. Google "H22" or '88 Honda Accord engine swap" or something like that and see if you can find anything that way.
