1990 honda shifting problem

Default 1990 honda shifting problem
I have a 1990 honda accord that doesnt shift right the s light will blink at me and you can drive it a mile or so then it will just rev the engine and wont grab. you can shut the car off and start it again and it will be fine for another mile or so also the speedometer doesnt work.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
