Default 2004 honda accord shifting problem

I have a 2004 honda accord ex v6 it shifts weird between 2ns and 3rd gear signs of slipperage not to bad it revs like 100 rpm and then back and up again ,only i took it to aamco and they told me it could be the shifting solenoid i have been saving money to take it back and get the job done, but now i noticed a rattling like at 30 mph i have been researching possible causes and didnt want to pay 300 to replace solenoid and dont fix the problem, i removed the inline solenoid cleaned it and kind of test it but it seemed fine but i did not reset the tcm any idea how to reset the tcm?

First step in resolving your problem is to extract the DTC's stored in ECM/TCM (integrated unit on later models). The DTC's will provide best clues to your problem.

What is mileage and has ATF been changed w/ Honda ATF recently?

good luck

The milage of the car is 122k miles we replaced the oil less than 500 miles ago which improved the condition the d light doesnt blink anymore only after driving for an hour maybe but the codes that we could extract was p700 something like that which is tranmission malfunction AAMCO was telling me that they were going to replace the shift solenoid to see if that fixes the problem but again i gonna end up spending more than 300 dollar in something that may or may not fix the problem
Thanks for your reply every help would be greatly appreciated

P0700 is a general code indicating a transmission fault. It is typically accompanied by a true fault code. Suggest getting the codes extracted at Autozone or other parts store.

good luck

Thanks i took it to aamco there are no codes to detect the d light doesnt flash anymore i am thinking on receting the tcm and maybe that would fix the problem, when i leave the car a day parked it works great but after driving it like 20 30 min it comes back again.

Are you sure that this isn’t your just your torque converter unlocking then relocking??? That’s what it sounds like to me

But would'nt it do the same for a shifts if it was the torque converter?
I have noticed also that it works perfect in the mornings but after 4 minutes of driving starts again shifting little hard on 2nd gear would it be something with the oil that gets to thin maybe
