Default 1992 accord ex hard to start when cold

I have a 1992 accord ex. After sitting all night it has a a hard time starting in the morning. Just turns over. Once it finally starts if I try to drive it rite away will start to go then die. Once it is warmed up it starts rite away and will drive perfectly fine. Oh and if I turn ignition on without turning it over for 20-30 seconds first thing in the morning it will start rite away. But still dies when try to drive it until warmed up. Any ideas what would cause that?

Suspect your fuel pump check valve is leaking down slowly so fuel rail pressure is zero after a long shutdown. If "priming" ( turn keyswitch to On for 4 secs then Off for three repeats) causes good start then fuel pump check valve or leaking fuel injector is likely. Significant diagnostics req'd to ferret out problem. Easier to just prime before cold start.

good luck

Since it still stalls when starting out (even after priming) that sounds like the idle-control is messed up. Lots of things like vacuum leaks, throttle body cleaning, FITV tightening, etc.
Check the thread in DIY about setting the BASE idle.
