1993 accord ex wacky starting idle

Default 1993 accord ex wacky starting idle
I have a 93 accord w/ 250K mi the problem is when I warm the car up from a 3-4 hour rest. The idle jumps from 2300-1800 rpms. "up n' down" I am currently holding the pedal manually until a steady idle is reached. What is your opinion for this problem? Thanks.

Adjust your BASE idle. Pretty sure I've written a few posts about that, try searching (advanced) using my username.
Try in Gen.Tech also.
