Default 1993 Honda Accord, what sort of tubing is the fuel neck breather vent?

I've got a 93 Honda Accord which has a leak in the fuel neck breather vent tube, a small rubber tube which comes out of the fuel tank next to the filler tube. If I fill the gas tank up all the way it drips fuel out of the hole in this tube.

I found a couple of used tubes for sale on eBay, but I cannot for the life of me find any place which carries these tubes new, nor can any auto parts store I've contacted seem to find them. I guess they aren't being made anymore.

Do you have any idea what kind of tubing I can buy to replace this with. Thank you!

Here is a link to an eBay listing with a used vent tube that you can use to see what I'm talking about:

It is some type of fuel hose. You should be able to take the hose to a parts store and have them out a length from a reel of hose.
