Default Fuel leak caused by driver mishap.

I have an 06 accord, 2.4, my mother ran up on a curb at church and now there is a small fuel leak,. I looked underneath car and next to catalytic converter is a small tube attached to what I believe is the fuel tank. Right now it is open. And it doesn't appear the fuel is coming from in side , but rather outside the tube. What is this tube for and was something knocked of of it. I have a video of the leak if interested

Sounds like a vent line (return to tank from the charcoal canister). You might want to see if you can find the actual leak, then cut the line as close to is possible, and hose over it with some clamps.
The next option would be to replace that line.
