1994 accord hub problem. help!

1994 accord hub problem. help!
the front/passenger side of my car has this problem where the bearings in the hub assembly keep breaking down every 3-4 months. Any ideas why this is?

just go rotor over hub and call it a day....less headaches

Most likely it wasn’t installed right. But can’t say that for sure without knowing the history and who didn’t your installs
