1997 Accord v/6 engine tick

I hear a tick at the top of my v/6 motor under one valve cover.What is causing this noise?There is roughly 130,000 miles on car...

Usual reason is a loose valve adjustment. Does it tick all the time or just cold? If only cold, you might just live w/ noise. If all the time, a valve adjustment should fix the problem.

I also have a 1997 Accord 2.7L V6 with the same noise! I am searching to find out if the valves can be adjusted on that 1997 2.7 or not?
