Default 2002 accord engine vin?

hi i created a post about this before about finding out the vin number for my transmission, since i got it rebuilt and it was driving me nuts because i felt as if the mechanic just put a used one from the junkyard and never rebuilt my original transmission. Anyway long story short i found the transmission vin plate and turns out it matches the cars actual vin.
Now my new question how do i find out the engine vin? its just driving me nuts because ever since i got the car back it drives fine its just that when i popped the hood and i saw strange yellow markings on my engine/transmission i got really paranoid. I usually see these types of markings from some thing that has come from the junk yard i have also attached some pictures.

Are you sure the yellow marks had not been there before??
Generally they have a tag riveted to the block, it maybe just above the oil pan either on front or back of block, sometimes its a green tag.

Why don't you ask the mechanic? They may be alignment/position marks he made.
