Question - i'm having issues with the car randomly heating up but not overheating.

I took it to a Honda dealer and was told the radiator motor is bad (Honda Part 19030-RAA-A01). Has anyone replaced this part themselves and if so how hard is it?

FYI - dealer wants 495+ tax to fix - part price 275.06

Shouldn't be too bad, but I never had to do that with my 2003. You can use jumper wires directly from the battery to verify it's actually bad.
