2006 idler adjust

2006 idler adjust
2006 accord 4 cyl. Being a mechanic for 55 years, I should be able to figure this out. But I can't. Changing a steering pump. How do I get hold of the idler bracket to loosen tension on the belt? FIGURED IT OUT. THANKS
