Hello,
So this question has probably been brought up time and time again…..but I am asking specifically about the Hondata ECU flash. Has anyone heard any rumors that they will come out with a flash for the 8th GEN? I understand most ECU flashes are total crap (JET, anything eBay) but I am convinced that if you find the right company, you can gain 20-30hp with ease. Last car I owned (Audi A4) I had an APR ECU flash and believe me, that thing worked (of course it was turbo, so higher gains are a given)
I mean with a car so popular as the Honda Accord, I would have thought that would be one of the top things on Hondata’s mind
guess I’m wrong there at least…..

Found this in a google search...
I know from another board that Hondata is doing an ECU re-flash for TSX, someone emailed them to see if tsx relash would work for accord. It will not but they also said if they get enough request, that they'd look into it. Re-flash usually includes moving vtec x-over point, 93octane, raised rev limiter to prob 7500hpm. Usually yields 20-30hp gains in mid-range.
So get to emailing them...

From Drive Accord 7-09, dont know if it helps to much, but it wouldnt hurt to email them and ask...
