Okay first of all I don't know the trim on car. Dont have title. 98 Honda accord 4 cylinder 5 speed transmission. Car used to run fine. But it's always had a problem after it rains. It won't start. Dries up and then fine. But this last rain made it lose acceleration. It will get up to speed but takes a while. Ron is fine. Engine is fine. Other than then the honda burn.

Are the tune up items up to date (cap, rotor, plugs, ect)?
