98 accord engine problem

I had my 98 accord v6 timing belt and water pump change about a month ago. when i start up the car, its making some weird noise, sounds like its rubbing against something. Does this about everytime the car is started up and probaly while running.

Any solution to this problem or probaly bad repair?

Did you change the tensioner with the repair, it could be that.

you need to take the car back to the shop that worked on it and have them take a look at it ..they might have left something loose ,, but give them a chance to fix it properly if it is indeed something that they did
