Hi, I new to the forum so excuse me if this has already been discuss. I own a 99 Honda Accord EX V6 and its been really good to me but last month I was getting ready to do my 70k tune up and notice a wined coming from the timing or should I say inside the timing cover! Could this be a timing belt tensioner! Is there a special tool for these honda V engines, Can you guys help me with some web site or advice so I can start on the timing! Been really bother me and I have a 4 hr drive coming up so would be nice to have it fixed and done..Any Help would be appreicated, thx

 

take it to your dealer, if you are in twin cities mn go to the Honda dealer at I94/I694 and Brooklyn BLVD. it will cost you about $750 and that includes water pump, t-belt, drive belts and any other wearable part that they have to take off while doing the job......
