Plain and simple what are the parts that are best for a f23a engine? I have cold air intake and exhaust. I have high flow cat coming and headers also. Im thinkin about underdrive pulleys, and ECU chip(which I cant find...so i doubt it), flywheel and clutch...almost anything that will improve hp and torque...if you guys have any parts that you have or have seen work superb let me know....thanks.

which high flow cat are you going with?

im in the market for that soon. have yet to do any real research yet.

 

Turbo, period. Other than that the basic 3. INtake, Header, exhaust. Any tranny upgrades on a manual is a plus.
